Study on Dispersion and Mixing Mechanism of Coal Slime Particles in Jet Mixing Flow Field

The jet flow field is characterized by the dispersion and mixing of multiphase flow, which widely used in coal slime flotation. In this paper, behavior surface modification, material suspension effect different fluids on slurry blending were studied. Based action mechanism field, a device suitable for graded was proposed, tested. results show that has strong effects dissociation dispersion, single equivalent to laser particle size analyzer’s own agitation after stirring 2.5 min at 500 r/min speed.
